Currently there are 10+ IT engineers in our company. Our company staff consists of the technical university graduates. All the engineers have bachelor's and master's degrees. We follow the needs of our customers, so from the very beginning of new business contact we assign core specialists to the customer, then we fill the remaining vacancies step by step after getting confirmation of stable work load and regular payments.

 

We provide a full development cycle: design, development, testing, implementation and support for development and maintenance of complex web and mobile applications for anyone: from small startups and individuals to huge businesses.

You will work with our well-organized team of skilled and motivated mobile programmers (iOS, Android, BB, Windows Phone). Also we have skilled Python, PHP, .Net developers, professional UI designer and testers. 

 

• "Fixed price contract" means that a customer has already determined the task and put forward an exact project cost approved by an outsourcer. Mobiwolf covers all project risks. We require 50% payment upfront.
• "Development on time & material basis" means that a customer has not determined his task clearly. Project budget is formed on the basis of man hours actually worked, and can be flexibly adjusted to the changing needs for time and resources. 
• “Dedicated team” (project budget is measured in man-months) You assemble your team of professionals of required qualification, taking full control over project progress and budget scheme. 

We are open to consider the signing of NDA and any Master Service Agreements. We guarantee non-disclosure, non-competition and your ownership of produced source code.

 

The process of software development is standard but usually it can be tailored to customer needs. We may use different methodologies of project management (RUP, Agile) and use different tools to track issues, requirements, bugs, other changes (SVN, JIRA).

 

Communication can be performed through email and Skype on daily basis. You will always has one responsible contractor for the reason of reporting or changes confirmation.

 

Requirements specification is very important aspect especially for fixed-cost projects. We appreciates enough detailed requirement specification from customer, but always ready to write specification by ourselves for reasonable price.
