American Chamber of Commerce (ACC) and uSupport project signed the Memorandum of Cooperation

The U.T.Gem conference is to take place in San Francisco, USA, aiming to provide information about the Ukraine's IT potential. The Ukraine's IT industry’s representation at the conference is impressive both in number and variety of competencies. This is the inaugural U.T.Gem conference and it is shaping up to become the biggest promotional IT event for Ukraine's IT industry ever.

Besides IT outsourcing providers, the event will showcase product companies, startups and innovative businesses that will demonstrate the potential of Ukraine's IT sector.

InVenture will provide to uSupport any necessary information services concerning promotion of the Ukrainian IT-companies and publicizing of the project’s activity. The main objective of this cooperation is to support the market of IT-outsourcing, to inform foreign partners on the capacity of the Ukrainian companies and to build strong partner contacts with the international customers and investors.

The Ukraine geopolitical crisis has reignited discussions about outsourcing risks and has raised concerns  about safety of outsourcing operations in the country and outsourcing risk management in general. Prior to the crisis, Ukraine’s IT outsourcing industry was booming, with 25% annual market growth and with a large talent pool of certified IT professionals and over 30,000 ICT graduates every year. The EU-Ukraine Business Council (EUUBC) and uSupport project will cooperate in promotion of Ukraine’s IT-outsourcing industry in EU.

Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC) and uSupport project will cooperate in promotion of Ukraine’s IT-outsourcing industry.

The EBA Information Technology Committee and uSupport project will cooperate in promotion of Ukraine’s IT-outsourcing and BPO industry. This is confirmed by the Letter of assurance, issued by the European Business Association.

SupportUkraine.us and uSupport project agreed to unite efforts to promote Ukraine’s IT market potential. According to the Agreement, SupportUkraine.us will perform promotional activities in the United States and Canada, while uSupport project will focus on the EU countries and other countries looking for IT and BPO outsourcing services.
